An earthquake strikes the coast of Alaska, USA

The US Geological Survey reported (USGS) An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale occurred off the coast of the US state of Alaska.

The authority explained that the earthquake was recorded about 89 kilometers from the city of Sand Point, while the depth of the earthquake’s epicenter was about 70.3 kilometers. So far, there have been no reports of injuries or material damage as a result of the earthquake.
