The Rapid Support Forces announce their control of a vital oil field on the border with South Sudan

Declared The Rapid Support Forces are waging a war against The Sudanese Army, on Monday, took control of the largest oil field in the country located on the border with South Sudan.
The Rapid Support said in a statement that it "I was able to take over the strategic region of Heglig in South Kordofan and its liberation"
A source in the Sudanese army confirmed this information, and told Agence France-Presse: "Our forces left Heglig to protect the oil installations and prevent destruction".
