The launch of the General Assembly of Zamalek Club
The committee supervising the regular general assembly of Zamalek Club announced that registration will be open from nine in the morning on Tuesday until seven in the evening.
A quorum is valid in the presence of at least 10,000 members, who have the right to attend.
The agenda of the general assembly includes approving the minutes of the previous meeting, in addition to discussing the Board of Directors’ report on its work in the ending fiscal year. 2024/2025, and the activity programs and financial work plan for the year 2025/2026.
The items also include approving the budget and final account for the ending fiscal year 2024/2025, and the estimated budget for the new year, in addition to approving the salaries and rewards report for the CEO and the Financial Director.
Approval for establishing a new club branch in the city will be discussed. New Assiut, as part of the expansion plan developed by the Board of Directors, which will benefit the club’s financial situation.
The association is considering a number of proposals submitted by the Board of Directors and members, including requests to transfer membership and drop the membership of 4 members in accordance with the club’s bylaws.
It was decided not to impose any fines on members in the event of not attending the General Assembly, in a step aimed at removing any burdens or Pressure on club members.
