The Federal Reserve reduces interest rates by 25 basis points

Today, the US Federal Reserve decided to reduce interest rates by 25 basis points.

At the conclusion of its meeting, the Federal Reserve announced a reduction in interest rates by 25 percentage points, to a range between 3.5% and 3.75%, for the third time in 2025.
