المملكة: Amending the job categories for 3,808 mosque employees in the Kingdom


Issued Improving the conditions of this large number of employees comes in line with its strategy for caring for the human resource, as it views human resources as the basic foundation for developing institutional work, and ensuring the provision of quality services worthy of the status of mosques and their attendees.

The step was widely welcomed in advocacy and administrative circles, as the directors of the Ministry’s branches in the thirteen regions considered it a strong motivation for raising productivity, stressing that moving to higher job categories will have a direct positive impact. It improves employee morale and motivates them to continue to excel in performing their duties.
Noting that this initiative is part of a series of regulatory solutions led by the Ministry to guarantee the rights of employees through the rewards system, and provide a stimulating work environment that ensures attracting distinguished legal competencies to work in leading the worshipers, raising the call to prayer, and ascending the pulpits.
