The Cabinet Media Center published a statement through its official platforms, in which it clarified a number of facts regarding what was recently raised about the Grand Egyptian Museum.

With regard to entry ticket prices for Egyptians compared to foreigners, the statement explained that this system has been in place for many years in all Egyptian museums and archaeological sites, and comes within the framework of the state’s keenness to ensure that ticket prices for Egyptians are proportionate to the income level of citizens, allowing the largest possible segment of citizens to visit museums and archaeological sites and learn about their history and ancient civilization.
