The Prime Minister conducts a dialogue with citizens about the services provided and reassures them of their level of satisfaction

During his inspection of the Family Medicine Center and the Technology Center in Tahanoub as part of the projects of the presidential initiative “A Decent Life”, as part of his tour in Qalyubia Governorate today, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, conducted friendly dialogues with citizens about the services provided, to check on their level of satisfaction.

 

In his conversation with a citizen who frequents the Family Medicine Center, the citizen expressed his thanks to the state thanks to the achievements that have been achieved. In all sectors within the framework of the presidential initiative “A Decent Life,” and what is being implemented at the sector level throughout the country, he expressed his sincere thanks to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and recommended conveying his thanks and greetings to all the people of the village to the President of the Republic; On the level of quality of services provided, which are now available in the village without the need to go to the city.

The Prime Minister held other dialogues with a number of citizens to reassure them of the quality of services they are receiving at the Family Medicine Center, and one citizen expressed her desire to convey her greetings to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, saying: “My greetings have arrived to Sisi.”

 

During Dr. Mostafa Madbouly’s inspection of the pharmacy located at the Family Medicine Center The family was reassured about the availability of medicines, and it was confirmed that medicines and examination services are provided for nominal amounts and with apparent ease under the new system. The Prime Minister inquired about the system of distributing milk to children, and was assured of the availability of appropriate quantities. 

 

In his dialogue with a number of citizens who frequented the technology center to obtain some services; Madbouly learned about the level of services provided to them, and the time in which they receive those services, and the Prime Minister inquired about dealing with citizens’ complaints, as Dr. Iman Rayan, Deputy Governor, explained that coordination is being made with the unified government complaints system in the Council of Ministers to deal with the complaints of residents in the villages, and work to resolve them.
