The Prime Minister of Australia confirms: The two-state solution is the way forward in the Middle East

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese confirmed that the two-state solution is the way forward in the Middle East and resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and said that the attempt to link his country’s recognition of Palestine and the Bondi terrorist attack that occurred yesterday, Sunday, and targeted a gathering of Australian Jewish civilians near Bondi Beach in Sydney, is unacceptable.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had accused Albanese last night of igniting the fuse of “anti-Semitism.” By recognizing the State of Palestine.
When Albanese was asked if he accepted this connection, he said, “No, I do not accept it…Overwhelmingly, most of the world recognizes that the two-state solution is the way forward in the Middle East,” according to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) website.
Albanese added on Monday that the Australian Cabinet had agreed to impose stricter national laws on the possession of firearms after the shooting incident at a beach. Bundy killed at least 15.
