Health: Providing 8,900 medical services at the Dental Center in Nasr City

The Ministry of Health and Population announced the provision of 8,900 medical services at the Dental Center in Nasr City, affiliated with the Secretariat of Specialized Medical Centers, during the period from May to November 2025. Services.

 

Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the Ministry’s official spokesman, explained that attendance rates at the center witnessed a noticeable increase, as the number of visitors reached: 1,100 in May, 1,090 in June, 1,456 in July, 1,351 in August, 1,416 in September, 1,072 in October, and 1,366 in November. This reflects citizens’ growing confidence in the quality of services provided.

 

Abdul Ghaffar added that the center has developed advanced specialized services, including dental implants, orthodontics, beautification, and immediate fixed prostheses using CAD-CAM technology, in addition to treating gummy smiles, keeping pace with the latest international technologies.

 

The center has also expanded contracts with external parties, such as the treatment project of the Medical Professions Union, And medical services companies, with the aim of reducing the burden on citizens and facilitating their access to services.

 

As part of community activities, the center organized treatment convoys at the Platinum Club (85 cases were examined), PetroSport (110 cases), and Sondos Orphanage (70 cases), in addition to an awareness day for children that included medical examinations and fluoride sessions for 60

 

For her part, Dr. Maha Ibrahim, Head of the Secretariat of Specialized Medical Centers, indicated that she received a delegation of Egyptian dentists residing in the United States for three days, during which she provided free treatment services to 120 patients, while holding training lectures from Ain Shams University faculty members to raise the efficiency of doctors.

 

In the same context, Dr. Abdel Rahman Salama, Director of the Center, confirmed the activation of the cooperation protocol with the Faculty of Medicine. Oral and Dental Services at Ain Shams University, to provide comprehensive treatment services through faculty members, stressing the Ministry’s continued support and development of the dental services system nationwide.
