Dubai hosts the International Rugby Sevens Series

The Emirates Rugby Federation announced that Dubai will host the International Rugby Sevens Series Championship – Level Three (HSBC SVNS 3), on January 17 and 18, 2026, at The Sevens Stadium, jointly organized by the Federation and the International Rugby Federation, with the participation of 16 men’s and women’s teams.

Eight men’s teams and eight women’s teams will participate in the tournament, distributed into two groups in each category, where the teams will compete for two qualification tickets to the Rugby Sevens Series Championship – Level Two (HSBC SVNS 2), within the new system launched by the International Rugby Federation to develop the Olympic game and enhance its global spread.
