The Tenders and Auctions Board opened the bids for 12 public tenders, for which 56 different bids were submitted, including a tender to the Supreme Council of Health, which announced its desire to contract externally to provide technical support personnel and information technology infrastructure to support and operate the council’s technical systems, where it received 13 bids, the least of which amounted to 1.3 million dinars.
For its part, the Electricity and Water Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain intends to establish a new system for withdrawing and discharging seawater for a desalination plant using reverse osmosis technology (SWRO), which is a project to establish a system for withdrawing and discharging seawater on Hawar Island on the southeastern coast of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Authority obtained two bids, the least of which amounted to 882 thousand dinars.
In another tender, the Authority wants to provide safe, timely and uninterrupted transportation of diesel fuel to the Hawar Electricity and Water Production Station on Hawar Island, where it received a single bid, amounting to 108 thousand dinars.

In turn, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Planning and Projects Department, intends to contract with a company specialized in design and construction work, to carry out the comprehensive furnishing and furnishing work (Turnkey Fit-Out) for a rented villa to be the headquarters of the mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Doha – the State of Qatar, where it obtained 3 bids, the least of which amounted to 294 thousand dinars.
On the other hand, the General Poultry Company called for the provision of skilled labor for the second phase production expansion project, indicating that the scope of work includes assembling, installing and testing poultry housing structures, ventilation systems, feeding and irrigation lines, lighting, and climate control units, as it obtained 3 bids, the least of which amounted to 145 thousand dinars.
For its part, the Bahrain International Circuit Company expressed its desire to appoint a contractor to design and build temporary pedestrian bridges for the 2026 Formula One race, which will be held at the Bahrain International Circuit, where it received a single bid, amounting to 110 thousand dinars.
In turn, the General Sports Authority issued a tender to appoint a design consultant team for the Muharraq Sports Club development project, explaining that the scope of work includes the construction of a number of main facilities, including the new services building, the administrative building with the club museum, and a multi-use gym, in addition to developing football fields, increasing the capacity of the stands in the existing stadium, and updating the detailed master plan for the club, as it received 6 bids, the least of which amounted to 77 thousand dinars.
On the other hand, the Northern Region Municipality issued a tender for the Abu Sobah Coast Development Project, where it wants to supply outdoor furniture, install and operate CCTV cameras with cables and other system components, rehabilitate buildings and structures, provide playground equipment, repair and patch up damaged areas for parking lots, and establish an electrical switchboard room, for which it received 11 bids, the least of which amounted to 54 thousand dinars.
For its part, the Ministry of Education launched a tender to provide a service for transporting male and female students and individuals from the assembly points to designated schools throughout the governorates, and to carry out the transportation process to all activities, programs and events of the Ministry of Education, and 6 companies competed for it, the lowest bidding at 302,424 dinars.
The Information and e-Government Authority offered a tender to provide text messaging services across various GSM and CDMA network operators, with the aim of creating a reliable and easy-to-use short messaging (SMS) platform. This platform aims to enhance communication with citizens and improve the results of marketing campaigns, and four companies are competing for it.
