Chelsea sacks coach Enzo Maresca

Chelsea, the competitor in the English Premier League, announced today the dismissal of Italian coach Enzo Maresca by mutual consent, after the London team achieved only one win in the last seven matches in the competition.
The club said in a statement, “With key goals still remaining in four competitions, including qualifying for the Champions League, Enzo and the club believe that the change will give the team the best opportunity to get the season back on track.”
