NASA ends a space mission due to a health problem

The US Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said that it is considering the early return of its crew from a mission on the International Space Station, which is a rare occurrence, due to an unspecified health problem suffered by one of the astronauts, after canceling a spacewalk that was scheduled for yesterday.

A NASA spokeswoman said that the astronaut, who suffers from a health problem, is in stable condition aboard the international station, but she did not reveal his name.

The spokeswoman said, in a statement, the day before yesterday evening: “Conducting our missions safely is our top priority, and we are actively evaluating all options, including the possibility of ending the Crew-11 mission early.”
