"Abu Dhabi Marine Sports" Announce details "International Formula 4 boats"
ABU DHABI, 12 JANUARY / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club announced today the launch of the UAE International Formula 4 Championship, next Saturday and Sunday as part of the Abu Dhabi Marine Festival, on the waters of the Abu Dhabi Corniche, with the participation of an elite group of speedboat racers.
The tournament witnesses the participation of 12 boats representing the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Sudan, and Italy, in competitions that reflect the international character of the tournament and confirm the continued development of Formula 4 boating at the regional and international levels.
The activities will begin next Saturday with the opening of the competition area, followed by registration and technical inspection of the boats, then holding a technical meeting for the competitors, before the start of free trials and qualifying rounds, leading to the holding of the first race.
Competitions will continue on Sunday with additional rounds of testing and qualifying, in preparation for the second race, with the championship concluding with a ceremony to crown the winners.
