المملكة: Minister of Islamic Affairs: The Ministry has a pivotal role in spreading the principles of moderation and combating extremism

His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, General Supervisor of the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, said that the progress and development that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing today in various fields comes thanks to God and then with the support and directives of the wise leadership – may God protect it – which has made serving Islam and Muslims its top priority.
This was reflected in the performance of government sectors, including the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, which witnessed a qualitative shift in its programs and initiatives. Inside and outside the Kingdom, this came during his visit to the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an in Medina, accompanied by a number of deputy ministers and department directors, as part of a follow-up And scientific conferences, stressing that the tangible successes achieved in these fields contributed to strengthening the Kingdom’s position globally, and consolidating its image as a pioneering country in serving true Islam based on the moderate, centrist approach.

His Excellency the Minister indicated that the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an enjoys great support from the wise leadership to carry out its global mission, stressing that the Ministry is working in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by developing institutional work and involving citizens in the process. Development, serving the Book of God, and making all possible efforts to achieve the Kingdom’s sublime mission of spreading goodness, moderation, and peace to the whole world.

Following up on the progress of work

During the visit, His Excellency was briefed on the progress of work in the various sections of the complex, and the specialized tasks it undertakes in printing the Holy Qur’an and translating its meanings into multiple languages, using the latest advanced technologies, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and accuracy, in a way that contributes to delivering the message of the Holy Qur’an to Muslims around the world.

It was also held His Excellency the Minister met with the complex’s officials, during which a number of future projects were discussed that aim to enhance production efficiency, develop digital services, and expand electronic publishing and smart applications, in a way that keeps pace with the technical transformation and meets the needs of beneficiaries inside and outside the Kingdom.

At the conclusion of the visit, His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs expressed his pride in the qualitative achievements and professional work he saw, stressing the ministry’s continued support for everything that would develop the work system in the complex and enhance its global leadership role in serving the Book of God. In line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
