The Fujairah government participates in the Cairo International Book Fair 2026
CAIRO, 22nd JANUARY / WAM / The Fujairah government, represented by its cultural, artistic and literary institutions, is participating in the activities of the 57th session of the Cairo International Book Fair 2026, whose activities began yesterday and will continue until next February 3rd at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in the Fifth Settlement.
His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hanno, Egyptian Minister of Culture, visited the Fujairah government platform, and was received by His Excellency Nasser Al Yamahi, Executive Director of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority.
The Egyptian Minister of Culture praised the participation of the Fujairah government and the distinguished cultural titles the platform offers and an agenda full of literary and poetic evenings and book signings.
For his part, His Excellency Nasser Al Yamahi confirmed that the participation of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, within the Fujairah Government platform, in which the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy, Dar Al Muhit, the House of Philosophy, the School of Calligraphy and Ornamentation, the Al Badr Festival, Dar Rashid, and the House of Poetry in Fujairah, and for the second time in the Cairo International Book Fair, are participating, confirms the depth of cultural relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt, enhances cultural and media cooperation, and builds partnerships that contribute to Developing the cultural scene in the Emirate of Fujairah.
