The new addition included the inclusion of a number of dangerous chemicals that are used in the composition of explosives, and pose high security risks if misused or traded without controls, the most prominent of which are aluminum powder and peels, ammonium perchlorate, ammonium nitrate, barium nitrate, calcium ammonium nitrate, calcium nitrate, calcium nitrite, hexamethylenetetraamine, hydrogen peroxide, In addition to magnesium, magnesium nitrate, nitric acid, and nitrobenzene.
The list included potassium nitrate, potassium nitrite, potassium perchlorate, sodium chlorate, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, and sodium perchlorate, in addition to urea, hydrogen sulfide, sodium peroxide, magnesium perchlorate, carbon disulfide, methyl chloride, nickel nitrate, lead azide, and picrate. Ammonium.
The additions also included highly dangerous substances, such as trinitroglycerin, nitrocellulose, trinitrobenzene, dinitrobenzene, trinitrotoluene, picric acid, tetranitropentaerythritol, diazonium salts, and sodium cyanide, which are materials associated with prohibited uses or subject to strict control due to their extreme danger.
The decision confirmed that the new amendments will be implemented from the date of their issuance, with the relevant authorities being notified to enforce them, each in their respective areas, in order to achieve integration between the regulatory and security authorities, enhance the efficiency of the chemicals management system, and protect society from the risks associated with the misuse of hazardous materials.
