المملكة: “Education Evaluation” provides a spatial inquiry service about “Qiyas” headquarters
Launched Education and Training Evaluation Authority is a new interactive digital service on the website Digital transformation aims to raise the efficiency of electronic services and reduce effort and time for male and female students.
The new service allows those registered for tests to immediately view the details of the previously registered test, and determine the exact geographical location of the headquarters via an interactive map, which contributes to ensuring smooth access and avoiding any confusion that may occur on the day of the test.
Technical solutions
This technical addition comes as part of the “Your Digital Steps” initiative adopted by the Authority, It directly aims to improve the user experience and raise the quality of the services provided by investing in advanced technical solutions to facilitate procedures.
The Authority has specified the path to access the service with easy steps that begin with the beneficiary logging into his personal account in the “Qiyas” portal, then going directly to the “Recorded Tests” icon, and choosing to view details to show all the data related to the test.
Ultimate accuracy
The new system supports the “Center Site Sketch” feature, where the beneficiary can click on this option to be directed. Immediately to the digital map that shows the location of the building with utmost accuracy, which facilitates the process of pre-planning the trip.
The Authority enhanced the ease of access to the service by activating the “QR Code” technology, which transfers the beneficiary with a single swipe and directly to the information about the test headquarters and its location, in a step that reflects the Authority’s commitment to developing fast and effective digital solutions.
