"Abu Dhabi Race Track" and"ADNOC" They sign a strategic partnership agreement

ABU DHABI, 30 JANUARY / WAM / Abu Dhabi Racecourse and ADNOC signed today a three-year strategic partnership agreement, to consolidate the position of the Abu Dhabi Gold Cup Race Championship on the global map.
Under the agreement, ADNOC will be the official sponsor of three consecutive editions of the Cup from 2026 to 2028, in addition to its role as main sponsor of the seventh and final round, with the participation of the most prominent owners locally and internationally.
This race, dedicated to purebred hybrid horses, is considered the most expensive of the evening, with prizes worth up to one million dollars.
The Abu Dhabi Gold Cup is considered an important milestone in the horse racing journey, as Abu Dhabi enters for the first time purebred horse races at this level within the international racing calendar.
The Abu Dhabi Gold Cup race begins next Saturday, February 7, and consists of 7 rounds that bring together the elite of purebred and Arabian horses.
Engineer Ali Al Shaiba, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and Abu Dhabi Racecourse, and Chairman of the Championship Organizing Committee, said that the partnership is a future vision to consolidate Abu Dhabi’s position as a global destination for horse racing, and with ADNOC’s support, we will ensure the attraction of elite horses and international talent, so that the Abu Dhabi Gold Cup remains a milestone in the international racing agenda.
For his part, Saif Al Falahi, Acting Head of the Human Resources, National Identity and Institutional Support Department at ADNOC, said that the Abu Dhabi Gold Cup is a unique opportunity to highlight our local culture and ancient heritage and share them with society.
