Distributing 37.3 million riyals in cash dividends to Jadwa REIT Saudi units.

Today, Monday, Jadwa Investment Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of the Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund for the fourth quarter of 2025, with a total of 37.3 million riyals.

According to a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"The number of units on which distribution will be made is 186.5 million units, with a distribution ratio of 1.66% of the net asset value, so that the value of the profit distributed for each unit is 0.20 riyals.

The eligibility for cash distributions will be for unit owners, according to the unit owners’ register, at the end of Tuesday, February 10, 2026 (end of trading on Sunday, February 8, 2026), while distributions will be paid within 20 working days from the entitlement date.
