New additions include the Software Development Accelerator Program, the Technology Infrastructure Program, and the Strategic Business Intelligence Program.
During the current year, Abu Dhabi Global Academy and the Mawaheb Center will strengthen their efforts in the areas of employment in government and semi-government agencies, thus strengthening their commitment not only to providing job opportunities, but also to enabling and facilitating sustainable and long-term career paths that achieve a tangible positive impact.
Within the framework of this strategic cooperation, Abu Dhabi Global Academy aims to secure 620 employment opportunities during the year 2026 across various sectors that meet emerging economic and technological needs.
This partnership comes within the framework of consolidating the partnership between the two sides, which began in 2022, and has since resulted in the creation of more than 1,000 specialized jobs in vital sectors, including banking services, digital services, auditing, insurance, consulting, and taxes.
The Abu Dhabi Global Academy Employment Center has also succeeded in enabling more than 4,500 male and female citizens to enhance and develop their capabilities and join sustainable jobs since 2022, “exceeding 1,000 employment cases annually,” with a clear impact being achieved in the labor market in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi benefiting from 61% of the total of these opportunities.
Ali Al Muhairi, Senior Executive Director at Abu Dhabi Global Academy, said that the expansion of cooperation with the “Mawaheb” Center comes as an extension of the tangible successes and achievements that the two sides have achieved together, and as the UAE moves forward with its vision of building a knowledge-based economy, pointing to the joint efforts of both sides in establishing new standards for strategic partnerships and advancing the development of sustainable human capital.
In turn, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Al-Shammari, Executive Director of the National Talent Empowerment Sector and the Talent Center in the Government Empowerment Department, said that cooperation with Abu Dhabi Global Academy comes within the framework of bridging the gap between training and the reality of the labor market, by expanding joint programs to include the city of Al Ain, in addition to launching specialized technical paths and working directly to address the skills gaps required in the labor market.
He added that this partnership enables national competencies to develop a clear and scalable career path by benefiting from sustainable job opportunities in priority sectors, which contributes to achieving real added value for both job seekers and the entities that employ them.
