1.4 million taxi requests through smart channels in Ajman during 2025

Ajman, February 5, 2025: The Ajman Transport Authority recorded a significant increase in demand for taxi services through smart channels during the year 2025, as the total number of requests reached 1,412,019 requests, of which 1,351,094 requests were made through smart applications, while the Authority’s reservation and distribution center received 60,925 requests, which reflects the diversity of service delivery channels and the ease of its access to all segments of society.

The Authority confirmed that this significant growth in requests reflects the success of plans to develop the transportation system in the emirate and its continued keenness to provide multiple channels of communication with the public and customers, which contributes to raising the quality of services and improving the experience of customers inside and outside Ajman.

She added that customers can benefit from these channels directly and quickly, through smart applications, as this channel provides an integrated and seamless service to meet the needs of the public, which reflects the authority’s commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and efficiency in providing transportation services.

The authority confirmed that it will continue to work on developing service delivery mechanisms and expanding the scope of digital channels, in a way that keeps pace with technological development and the increasing demand from the emirate’s residents and visitors, and enhances Ajman’s position as a leading model in providing smart and advanced transportation services at the state level.
