Americana’s annual profits increased by 30% to 822 million riyals
The company’s net profit increased "Americana International Restaurants PLC" for the year 2025 by 30% to 821.71 million riyals, compared to a net profit of 595.34 million riyals for the previous year.

Distribution of cash dividends
In a related context, the Board of Directors recommended "Americana" By distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2025 in a total amount of 201.56 million US dollars (755.87 million Saudi riyals).
The number of shares entitled to the dividend is 8.93 billion shares, with a distribution rate of 120% of the nominal value, so that the share of each share of the distribution becomes $0.0240 (0.0900 Saudi riyals).
The eligibility for dividends will be to shareholders. Owners of shares at the end of trading on May 7, 2026, while the distribution date will be announced at a later time.
