And praying for rain is to be prayed at all times except for the times when it is forbidden. Whoever misses the rain prayer in a group, it is permissible for him to pray it alone, by praying two rak’ahs, asking his Lord and saying: O God, provide relief to your servants, O God, provide relief to your servants.

And among the innovations is that it is said in the prayer for rain: "Prayer is universal"This is said in the eclipse prayer only, as it was mentioned in the authentic hadith on the authority of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him: He commanded calling out…the prayer is comprehensive, and this is specific to the eclipse.

After the prayer, the imam gets up and delivers a sermon to the people in which he advises them, reminds them, warns them of the causes of drought, and warns them of sins. Because they are the causes of drought, the causes of withholding rain, and the causes of punishments; He warns people about the causes of punishments, such as sins and evils, consuming people’s wealth unjustly and unfairly, and other sins. He urges them to repent and seek forgiveness, and recites to them the verses mentioned in that and the hadiths.

Then he calls on his Lord, raising his hands, and the people raise their hands in supplication, asking his Lord for relief, from that: O God, help us, O God, give us relief, O God, give us relief three times, O God, give us rain, a relief, a pleasant, a soothing, an affluence, a blessing, a general, useful, harmless dish, with which you revive the lands, provide relief to the servants, and make it, O Lord, a message to the present and the exiled. This is one of the supplications that the Prophet prayed for. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him: Oh God, grow the crops for us, grow the udder for us, and give us water from Your blessings. He persists in supplication and repeats in supplication: Oh God, give us rain and do not make us among those who are despondent, as the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did.

The scholars said: Be optimistic that God turns drought into gain… He turns hardship into prosperity. Because it came in a hadith mursal on the authority of Muhammad bin Ali Al-Baqir "The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, changed his robe to prevent drought"It means: optimism. I

It has been proven in the Two Sahihs from the hadith of Abdullah bin Zaid "The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, transformed his robe when he led them in the prayer for rain"And the Sunnah for Muslims as well.

It is prescribed for desert people and travelers to pray the rain prayer if they need to do so; In accordance with the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him; Because he, peace and blessings of God be upon him, used to seek rain when there was a drought, and he would ask God Almighty for relief for the Muslims. If the need required the inhabitants of the desert to seek help, it was prescribed for them to pray for rain, and likewise for travelers, if they needed that, it was prescribed for them to seek help from their Lord.

It is permissible for women to pray the rain prayer, with their rows behind the men, and the farther away their rows are from the men, the better, according to what the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "The best rows for women are the last ones, and the worst ones are the first ones"They must not display their adornment when they go out for rain prayer and other prayers, nor should they wear perfume
