A special evening… "Dammam Arts" Celebrates World Short Story Day

Dammam Culture and Arts Association, in cooperation with House of Narration, yesterday, on The International Short Story in its eighth session of the current year.
The evening’s activities dealt with the definition of" target="_blank">With the short story as an effective literary form in the cultural scene, carrying the ability to capture the details of life and intensify the human experience, and a meeting characterized by dialogue and reading texts, with two storytellers that discussed their experience and vision of narration and creative writing.
In addition to a paragraph about the career of the late storyteller Shams Ali, and an overview of her cultural achievements.
Embracing Narrative Voices
And Narrative House member Tahira Al Saif reviewed the achievements of the Cultural Club. The association and its journey in serving the short story and embracing narrative voices, as the Narrative House is a cultural experience that was launched in 2015, as one of the active narrative initiatives concerned with stories, narration, and criticism, and is interested in discovering new voices, accompanying serious experiences, and building strong bridges between the writer, the reader, and the text, until the Narrative House gained its reputation and status among interested people, writers, and writers.
During the events, the winners of the Narrative House Short Story Award were honored, It won first place "Posted wash" Written by Rawan Salem, and second place is a text "A superfluous man" Written by Ibtisam Farran, the third is a text "Life on the other side" Written by Muhammad al-Dandan.
