Equestrian woman Aya Al-Kiyoumi scores "Ladies title" At the Abu Dhabi Endurance Festival

Abu Dhabi, February 13 / WAM / Al Reef Stables – Al Ajban, through its rider Aya Ali Al Kiyoumi and HC Potro Rifik, won the women’s 100 km endurance race title at the opening of the Abu Dhabi Endurance Festival activities, today at the Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba, which organized the event in cooperation with the Equestrian Federation, with the participation of 171 female riders from various stables and equestrian clubs in the country.

The champion won the title after covering the entire distance of the race, recording 3:19:33 hours, with an average speed of 30:07 km/hour.

The jockey Leah Vandeckerhove came in second place, riding the “Hecla du Pas Four” for the “F3” stables, with a time of 3:19:37 hours, and the jockey Sarah Ali Al-Jahouri came in third place, riding “Moro Lesro” for the “Al Wathba” stables, with a time of 3:19:48 hours.

The first three place winners were crowned by Muslim Al Ameri, General Manager of the Emirates International Endurance Village, Mohammed Al Hadhrami, Events Director, Abdul Rahman Al Rumaithi, Village Supervisor, and Lara Sawaya, Executive Director of Sponsorship and Marketing.
