المملكة: A person was arrested for selling 33 kilograms of the narcotic khat plant in Asir

Caught Security patrols in the Asir region targeted a citizen for selling (33) kilograms of the narcotic qat plant in Al-Farsha Governorate. He was stopped, legal measures were taken against him, and he was referred to the competent authority.

And calls on Security authorities to report all information available to citizens and residents about any activities related to drug smuggling or drug promotion, by calling the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and the General Directorate’s reports number for Narcotics Control (995), and via email 995@gdnc.gov.sa, and all reports will be treated confidentially.
