"The house" Launches a project of 740 residential units in Dubai
Dubai, February 18 / WAM / Aldar Group announced today the launch of “The Wilds Residences” project, which includes 740 residential units within “The Wilds” complex, the leading residential destination inspired by nature, in partnership with Dubai Holding.
The project aims to provide an integrated residential experience that is in harmony with nature, celebrates local wildlife, and reconnects residents with open spaces, in a move that reflects the growing demand for complexes that focus on a healthy and active lifestyle.
The complex is located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, opposite Global Village, within one of the main growth hubs in Dubai, providing easy access to the emirate’s most prominent destinations while maintaining a calm and natural atmosphere.
The Wilds is the first residential complex in the Emirates to obtain the platinum category from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, in addition to a three-star Vituel rating, which reflects Aldar’s commitment to sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life.
The project is available for ownership to buyers of all nationalities, with sales starting on March 2.
