Dubai Municipality will win more than 100 awards in 2025
Dubai, February 20 / WAM / During the year 2025, Dubai Municipality received more than 100 awards and honors at the local, regional and international levels.
These awards reflect the municipality’s continued efforts in the areas of smart city management and its strategic plans in digital transformation, sustainability, quality of life, and institutional innovation within the areas of municipal work, developing smart and sustainable infrastructure, and implementing best practices that consolidate Dubai’s position as a leading global city in sustainable and integrated urban development.
Dubai Municipality highlighted its excellence in digital transformation, sustainability, circular economy, waste management, sanitation and rain drainage system, in addition to excellence in urban planning, quality of life, enhancing levels of luxury, as well as strengthening the building and construction system and improving the food safety, safety and public health system in the Emirate of Dubai.
Among the most prominent awards won by Dubai Municipality during the year 2025 are the British Safety Council Awards in the International Safety Awards category, as a result of its efforts in enhancing occupational health and safety procedures and raising awareness and knowledge of safety standards.
The municipality won the BTOPEX Awards for the Achievement in Business Process Management category and the Agile Business Awards for the Comprehensive Business Flexibility category.
