Slovakia announces the cessation of emergency electricity supplies to Ukraine

"Given the seriousness of the situation and the oil emergency declared in Slovakia, we are obliged to respond in kind immediately with this first action. The suspension will be lifted once oil transit to Slovakia resumes. Otherwise, we will reciprocate with other actions"

Emergency electricity supply to Ukraine

It was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyaddressed the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, stating that all power generation plants in Ukraine were damaged by Russian attacks, at a time when Kiev and its allies accuse Moscow of deliberately depriving the Ukrainians of means of heating with the low temperatures.

Zelensky said "There is not a single power plant in Ukraine that has not been damaged by Russian strikes"adding "We are sometimes able to deliver new missiles to the Patriot or NASAMS systems just before an attack, and sometimes at the last minute".
