An important victory for United, the leader, and Dibba Al Hisn, the runner-up, in the UAE Premier League

The United team achieved an important victory after defeating its guest, Majd, with a score of (3-0), on Thursday, in the 18th round of the First Division League, raising its score to 37 points in first place, while Majd’s score froze at 10 points in penultimate place.
Swiss Haris Seferovic scored two goals for the winner in the 55th and 71st minutes, and Malian Bedi Kani added the third goal in the 61st minute.
In turn, Dibba Al-Hisn achieved a valuable victory over its guest, Al-Fujairah (3-0), raising its score to 36 points in second place, while Al-Fujairah fell to fifth place with 29 points. Dibba Al-Hisn’s goals were scored by Brazilian Michel Derevic (41), compatriot Lucas Rocha (46), and Frenchman Larry Francis (56).
Al-Orouba won over Al-Ettifaq with a clean goal scored by Mohammed Al-Hammadi in the 90th minute, raising Al-Orouba’s score to 28 points in seventh place, while Al-Ettifaq remained in last place with 9 points.
Al-Jazira Al-Hamra also won over the Emirates (Falcons) with two clean goals, scored by Iranian Irfan Hassan (71) and Italian Reda Hanewi (90 + 5), raising Al-Jazira Al-Hamra’s score to 15 points, while the Emirates’ score froze at its previous points.
Al Dhaid continued its brilliance and achieved an important victory over Masfout with a score of (2-1), as Omani Faris Hilal scored for Al Dhaid (13), Luxembourgian Lucas Prudhomme (71), while Brazilian Luis Fabiano (46) scored for Masfout. With this result, Al Dhaid raised its score to 31 points in fourth place, while Masfoot remained at 12 points in thirteenth place.
Gulf United beat City 3-1, with Brazilian Wiberto Cristiano (37), Zambian Enoch Sakala (40), and his compatriot Emmanuel Mutale (45) scoring for Gulf United, while City’s goal was scored by Brazilian Wesley Henrico (5). Gulf United raised its score to 20 points in ninth place, compared to 16 points for City in eleventh place.
At the end of the round’s matches, Al Arabi tied at home with Al Hamriyah with a score of (2-2), with British Bennick Tonani (48) and Colombian Juan Diego (72) scoring for the hosts, while Brazilian Regis Tosani (85) and Slovenian Haris Vukitic (89) scored for the visitors. Al Arabi raised its score to 32 points in third place, compared to 18 points for Al Hamriyah in tenth place.
