Al-Balushi advances for Kalba…and Marcelo snatches an equalizer for Al-Dhafra

The 1-1 draw was decided against Kalba and its guest Al Dhafra, today, Thursday, at Kalba Stadium in the 18th round of the Professional Football League, in the presence of about a thousand spectators.

The home team waited until the 70th minute to open the scoring through Yasser Al Balushi, but Al Dhafra succeeded in equalizing in the 82nd minute through Marcelo Filho.

Kalba raised its score to 20 points, maintaining eighth place, while Al Dhafra reached 18 points, advancing to tenth place, benefiting from Sharjah’s loss to Al Jazira.
