The Head of State and the Australian Prime Minister discuss by telephone developments in the region and their repercussions on its security and stability

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received a phone call from Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of Australia, during which they discussed the latest developments in the regional situation and the serious repercussions of the escalation the region is witnessing on its security and stability.

The Prime Minister affirmed Australia’s solidarity with the UAE regarding the blatant Iranian attacks targeting its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its territories and citizens.

For his part, His Highness the President of the State expressed his thanks to His Excellency for Australia’s position in support of the UAE.

His Highness stressed the need to resolve differences and outstanding issues through dialogue and diplomatic means in a way that preserves regional and international security and stability.
