"Ajman Excellence Program" Nominations are open for "Ajman Community Award" In four main categories

Ajman, March 3 / WAM / The Ajman Excellence Program announced the opening of nominations to participate in the “Ajman Community Award”, in a step aimed at establishing a cohesive and sustainable society in line with the vision of the emirate.
This announcement comes as part of the program’s ongoing efforts to enhance the culture of giving and social responsibility, and to encourage individuals who have made tangible contributions and a positive impact in serving the community of the Emirate of Ajman, as the program called on all those with community contributions to participate, view the details, or nominate via the award’s website (https://ajep.ajman.ae/).
The award seeks to support those with qualitative contributions who have had a prominent role in creating a positive impact and enhancing the values of giving, in addition to highlighting and honoring distinguished models in humanitarian and volunteer work and highlighting their achievements that reflect the spirit of initiative and dedication.
The award is divided into four main categories, starting with the volunteer category, which targets individuals dedicated to spending effort and time to help others, followed by the entrepreneurs category, which includes project owners in Ajman who contribute to improving the quality of people’s lives by providing value-added services related to their field of work.
The award also includes the Teacher category, which focuses on teachers who contribute to making real change and a tangible societal impact that enhances the spirit of responsibility, and finally the Special Honor category designated for those who have a clear and distinctive community initiative or contribution without compensation or financial goal, and whose work does not fall within the categories of volunteers, entrepreneurs, or family members.
The program specified a set of conditions for applicants, the most prominent of which is that the achievements, contributions and community initiatives must be within the Emirate of Ajman and applied continuously for a period of no less than two years from the period of announcing the award. It is also required that the community work be outside the scope of the candidate’s main job work, and that the contributions and initiatives must fall within the target groups, to ensure that real achievements that serve the community are highlighted.
