Flights are available for reservation… priority is given to previous reservations

Emirates Airlines announced that customers who have reservations for travel during the period from February 28 to March 31 can rebook to their original destination until April 30, or request a refund of the ticket value, in light of the impact of the closure of airspace in the region on operational operations.
The carrier explained, in an update published on its website, that the limited reopening of airspace allowed it to operate a limited number of scheduled flights until further notice, noting that these flights are available for reservation, with priority given to customers who have previous reservations.
She added that transit passengers through Dubai are allowed to continue traveling only if the connecting flight from Dubai to their next destination is confirmed.
The company called on travelers not to go to the airport unless they have a confirmed reservation, stressing that it is closely monitoring the situation and will update its operational schedule according to developments, with the latest flight updates being published on its website.
It also urged customers to check the status of their flights and view the latest operational developments via the emirates.com website, in addition to checking their email for any notifications related to any change or cancellation of flights before heading to the airport.
The company indicated that customers who booked through a travel agency must contact the agency directly to rebook or request a refund, while customers who booked directly with Emirates Airlines can contact the company or submit a refund request via the electronic refund form.
The carrier also called on customers to ensure that their contact information is updated via the reservation management page to receive the latest developments.
The company explained that all check-in points in the city in Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice, noting that the safety and security of travelers and its crew members remains its top priority.
