“Fatihi Holding” declined 72% to 4 million riyals in 2025

The profits of Fitaihi Holding Group in 2025 declined by 72% to 4 million riyals, compared to 14.5 million riyals in 2024.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the decrease in net profit during the year 2025 compared to the previous year is mainly due to:

1- A decrease in the company’s share of the results of an associate company’s business by 79.9%, reaching 3.6 million riyals during the year 2025, compared to an amount of 17.9 million riyals during the previous year.

2- A decrease in total sales profit by 2.3%, reaching 16.8 million riyals during the year 2025, Compared to 17.2 million riyals during the previous year, this is despite an increase in sales by 7.3%, due to the difference in sales mix.

3- Zakat expenditure increased by 3.1% during the year 2025 AD, reaching 3.3 million riyals during the year 2025 AD, compared to an amount of 3.2 million riyals during the previous year.

This came despite the following:

1- An increase "Dividends from equity instruments at fair value through comprehensive income" By 26.6%, amounting to 10 million riyals during the year 2025 AD, compared to the amount of 7.9 million riyals during the previous year.

2- Achieving net other revenues amounting to 2.2 million riyals during the year 2025 AD compared to achieving net expenses amounting to 0.1 million riyals during the previous year.
