The draw for the President’s Cup for the plane results in strong confrontations in the quarter-finals
Dubai, March 11 / WAM / Today, the Emirates Volleyball Federation held the draw ceremony for the His Highness the President’s Cup, with the participation of 8 teams, with the quarter-finals starting on Tuesday, March 31, with a single-match knockout system held on neutral stadiums.
The draw ceremony was conducted via video communication with the participation of representatives of the participating clubs, and resulted in Al-Nasr, the holder of the last edition of the Emirates Cup, facing Al-Jazira in the Al-Ain Club hall, while Shabab Al-Ahly will meet Al-Ain in the Al-Jazira Club hall, and Bani Yas will face Al-Wasl in the Al-Ain Club hall, while Hatta, the runner-up of the cup in the last edition, will meet Ajman in the Al-Wasl Club hall.
The winners of this round qualify for the semi-finals scheduled to be held on April 7th, with the stadiums to be determined later, while the two winners qualify for the final match scheduled for next April 17th at Al Ain Club Hall.
