Crowning the winners of the World Airsoft Games Championship in Abu Dhabi
ABU DHABI, 30 March / WAM / The activities of the World Airsoft Games 2026, which were held with the participation of 60 teams representing more than 20 countries, were concluded in Abu Dhabi at “twofour54” in the Al Samha area. Competitions were organized in the Speedsoft and Tactical Airsoft categories, amid a remarkable audience presence.
The “Union” team from Belgium won the top spot in the Speedsoft category, followed by the “Legion” team in second place, and thirdly the “Rush” team from the United Kingdom, respectively.
In the Tactical Airsoft category, the “Rush” team from the United Kingdom topped the list, then the “Beta FBI” team from Kazakhstan came in second, then the “Merkut” team from Türkiye came in third.
The competitions also witnessed positive results for the UAE teams in the two categories and their presence in the top ten places, as the “Zero Our Hunters” team came in tenth place in the Speedsoft category, the “Emirates Predators” team came in fifth place, the “Zero Our Hunters” team came in ninth place, and the “Level Zero Riders” team came in tenth place, in the Tactical Airsoft category.
Falah Al Kaabi, Executive Director of the Emirates Airsoft Federation, confirmed that the success of the event, through the number of participating teams and the large public attendance, was the result of the support of partners and sponsors, and the great integration between the organizing committees, stressing the continuation of work to consolidate the UAE’s position as a leading destination for hosting specific tournaments, and to develop the sport of Airsoft in line with best international practices.
