Fujairah Municipality confirms the continuation of its intensive field efforts to withdraw rainwater collections
Fujairah, 31 March / WAM / The Fujairah Municipality confirmed the continuation of its intensive field efforts to withdraw rainwater collections, and to deal with the repercussions of the recent weather condition with high efficiency, by harnessing its technical and human capabilities, and taking advantage of its operational fleet to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and maintain the safety of community members and their property.
The municipality explained that it is working around the clock without stopping, through specialized teams spread across various regions of the emirate, to complete field work with the highest levels of readiness and rapid response.
She pointed out that the work teams’ tasks are not limited to operational aspects, but rather perform an integrated societal and humanitarian role, including helping families affected by the rain, transporting cases that require support to safe locations, in addition to supporting those stranded in water puddles, towing broken down vehicles, and providing the necessary support to senior citizens and various groups of society.
This comes within the framework of the municipality’s keenness to perform its humanitarian role in addition to its service tasks, which reflects its commitment to enhancing the quality of life and ensuring a safe and stable environment for everyone in the Emirate of Fujairah.
