"Fujairah Finance" Launches a guide to awards and rewards to enhance the culture of institutional excellence

FUJAIRAH, 31st March / WAM / The Finance Department of the Government of Fujairah launched the “Awards and Rewards Guide”, with the aim of enhancing a work environment that is motivating and supportive of excellence, and establishing a culture of advanced institutional performance, in line with the government’s directions towards empowering national competencies and stimulating innovation in the government work environment.

The department stressed that the launch of the guide comes within the framework of its continuous endeavor to develop the human resources system, by adopting qualitative initiatives that contribute to raising the level of performance and productivity, and enhance the competitiveness of the work environment, through motivational mechanisms based on clear and fair standards that guarantee integrity and equal opportunities among all employees.

The guide includes a comprehensive set of honor categories covering various areas of work, including outstanding performance, innovation, educational achievement, and institutional excellence, reflecting the comprehensiveness of the motivational approach adopted by the department in supporting its employees and motivating them to achieve the best results.

The department explained that this initiative contributes to enhancing the culture of institutional excellence, supporting the achievement of strategic goals, and improving the quality of financial services provided, in line with the aspirations of the Fujairah government towards providing highly efficient government services based on innovation and sustainability.
