Sponsored by , His Highness Al Hathlin, next Tuesday, a ceremony honoring the winners of the Princess Noura Award for Women’s Excellence in its eighth session, at the Conference and Seminar Center at Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University.
The winners of the award will be honored in (6) fields. "theory" and"Applied" It was announced for nomination last November, and it is: the field of health sciences, the field of human studies, the field of social works, the field of natural sciences, the field of economic projects, and the field of artistic works.

The number of female candidates in the eighth session reached (515) candidates from various regions of the Kingdom; This is an indicator that reflects the growing societal awareness of the importance of the award and the expansion of its impact.
The eighth session also included a development in the arbitration and evaluation mechanisms, relying on the highest standards of transparency in selecting the winners, in addition to updating the general framework of the award in line with national and international developments.
It is noteworthy that the award in its eighth session focused on strategic national priorities, as its topics were characterized by comprehensiveness and their connection to the development reality of the Kingdom in the context of global trends. Modern technologies, such as: preventive health care, green supply chains, local manufacturing, social and cultural transformations, in addition to supporting people with disabilities and special needs, and consolidating national heritage.
