Opening the door for nominations for membership in the Board of Directors of “Al Yamama Steel”

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company (Al Yamamah Steel) announced the opening of nominations for 7 seats on the Board of Directors for the next 4-year session starting on June 26, 2026 and ending on June 25, 2030, in accordance with the controls and procedures stipulated in the Companies Law.

The company explained in a statement on: "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Wednesday, the nomination period will be open from Thursday, April 2, 2026 until next May 2, noting that the candidates will be elected during the next General Assembly meeting, which will be announced at a later time after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
