"Unfounded".. Iran denies Trump’s statements about requesting a halt to the war

Trump had said earlier that "The president of the new Iranian regime (…) has just asked the United States of America for a ceasefire"

He continued: "We will consider this when The Strait of Hormuz is open, free and safe. Until then, we will continue to bomb Iran until it is completely eliminated".
