المملكة: Development and commitment…a workshop to qualify the “Promotion of Virtue” committees for the Hajj season
The General Presidency launched The Commission for the Promotion of Virtueand the Prevention of Vice, represented by the Development and Commitment Committee, a preparatory workshop for the committees working in Hajj season 1447 AH-, with the aim of providing quality services to the guests of God in accordance with the highest standards of governance.
The presidency revealed that the workshop aimed to introduce the committees to their four strategic dimensions, which are: transparency, documentation, readiness, and commitment, to ensure the integration of field and administrative efforts.
It explained that the main topics included reviewing planning mechanisms, institutional excellence, and cybersecurity, in addition to discussing risk management, with the aim of Enhancing the efficiency of the system in an integrated manner.
Advanced methodologies
She indicated that the procedures included introducing advanced methodologies to monitor the current situation and measure beneficiary satisfaction, while adopting reliable models to accurately document processes.
She also indicated discussing the data system through interactive dashboards and accurate compliance indicators, in addition to reviewing the corrective measures associated with it, to ensure performance flexibility and continuous improvement.
She stressed that this step represents the beginning of a new phase of governance. And measurement in the management of Hajj work, noting that the committee seeks for all executive work to be based on reliable data, and measured according to performance indicators and approved quality standards.
She added that the service for the guests of God is managed with the highest levels of professionalism and responsibility, in implementation of the directives of the Authority’s General President, Abdul Rahman Al-Sanad.
