Citizen Faisal Al-Shehri called on the Ministry of Education to intervene immediately to fix the defect, stressing the inevitability of extending Registration period to accommodate everyone, warning against the recurrence of these technical collapses and the need to strengthen the technical structure of digital platforms.

For her part, citizen Noura Al-Zahrani described the amount of psychological pressure that mothers have been experiencing since the launch of the system, stressing that the absence of explanatory data from the ministry has doubled the state of anxiety and confusion among families registering their children for the first time.
