The quality of life in Dubai prompted Britons to return to it

The British newspaper The Times confirmed that Dubai has returned to being the favorite destination for Britons, with large numbers of them returning there after the truce between the United States and Iran.
The newspaper said in a report published today that the quality of life and ease of services in Dubai prompted most Britons who left Dubai temporarily to return to it.
She added that the return of British residents to Dubai reflects the strength of Dubai’s economic model, its ability to recover quickly, and its continuation as one of the most prominent global destinations for living and working.
The report confirmed that Dubai still maintains its characteristics as an attractive global city, thanks to its flexible tax environment, advanced infrastructure, and lifestyle that attracts wealthy people and professionals, making it a preferred choice despite temporary challenges.
The newspaper’s interviews with British residents showed a clear commitment to life in Dubai, as a British businesswoman named Ava said that she thought about staying in the United Kingdom during the war, but changed that, stressing: “Dubai has become my homeland… everything here works smoothly,” in reference to the efficiency of services compared to what she described as “bureaucracy” in Britain.
The newspaper also quoted communications expert Polly as saying that she left temporarily to check on her son at a British boarding school, but quickly returned after the truce, explaining that the decision to leave was always temporary.
