Putin assures Pezeshkyan: He is ready to mediate a settlement for the Middle East war

The Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his willingness to mediate in order to find a settlement to the war in Middle East, in contact with his Iranian counterpart Masoud Pezeshkian, according to what the Kremlin announced on Sunday.

The Kremlin reported "Vladimir Putin stressed his readiness to continue to facilitate the search for a political and diplomatic settlement to the conflict, and to mediate efforts aimed at achieving a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.".
