Buriram coach, Englishman Mark Jackson, said in statements during the press conference reported by the AFC website: “It is a very big match for our club. We are very happy to be here. We have overcome many obstacles to get to this point, and we are here to compete. “We are ready to play and face our opponents.”

He added: “We want to reach as far as possible.” We are not here just to participate, but to compete. Every match at this level is difficult. We had the opportunity to follow our opponents closely and we expect a strong match.”

He continued: “We studied our opponents, who have high quality individually and collectively, but we trust ourselves. Our discipline and organization, in addition to the individual quality of our players, makes us a dangerous team.”
