المملكة: A minimum of 5,500 riyals.. Human Resources begins implementing the localization of marketing and sales 60%

Today, Sunday, April 19, 2026, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development began implementing a decision to raise nationalization rates in marketing and sales professions to 60%, after the end of the grace period granted to private sector establishments.

A minimum wage of 5,500 riyals

The Ministry explained that the decision applies to establishments that employ 3 or more employees in these professions, with a minimum wage of 5,500 riyals. To count Saudis within the percentage of Saudization in marketing jobs.

The decision includes a number of professions in the fields of marketing and sales, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to raise Saudization rates and enhance the participation of national cadres in the labor market.
