Rain in Hail and Al-Qassim

The Hail region is affected by moderate to heavy rain, including the city of Hail and the governorates of Al-Ghazala, Al-Shamli, Al-Jadar, Al-Shanan, Baqa’, Samira, Al-Sulaimi, and Muwaqq, during the period from Monday, April 20, until Friday, April 24, with expectations of increased rainfall on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24.

As for the Al-Jawf region, the governorates of Qurayyat, Tabarjal, Dumat al-Jandal, and Sakaka will witness light to moderate rain during the period from Tuesday, April 21, until Friday, April 24, with expectations for its heaviness to increase, reaching moderate to heavy rain on Friday, April 24.

Variable rain in the Mecca region

In the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, the rainy condition includes the governorates of Turbah, Al-Mawiya, Al-Khurma, and Raniya with light to moderate rain during the period from Monday, April 20, until Wednesday, April 22, turning to moderate to heavy rain on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24. The governorates of Taif, Maysan, Adham, and Al-Ardiyat are also affected by moderate to heavy rain during the period from Wednesday, April 22, until Friday, April 24. April, while light to moderate rain will include the Holy Capital, Al-Jumum and Al-Kamil on Friday, April 24.

The Al-Bahah region is witnessing moderate to heavy rains in the governorates of Al-Baha, Al-Mandaq, Baljurashi, Beni Hassan, Al-Qura, Qalwa, Al-Makhwah, Al-Hajra, and Ghamid Al-Zanad during the period from Wednesday, April 22, until Friday, April 24, with expectations of an increase in intensity on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24.

The situation also extends to the Asir region to include Abha, Khamis Mushait, Ahad Rufaidah, Sarat Ubaidah, Dhahran Al Janoub, Tarib, Al Harjah, Al Farsha, Bisha, Tathleeth, Al Namas, Tanomah, Rijal Almaa, Barq, Mahayil Asir, Al Majardah, and Belqarn, where moderate to heavy rain is expected during the period from Wednesday, April 22, until Friday, April 24.

In the Jazan region, the situation includes the governorates of Al-Raith, Harub, Al-Dayer, Al-Eidabi, Faifa, Al-Ardha, and Al-Harath with moderate to heavy rain during the period from Wednesday, April 22, until Friday, April 24, while the Najran region is affected by moderate to heavy rain on Friday, April 24, including the city of Najran and the governorates of Badr Al-Janoub, Habouna, Yadma, Thar, and Khabash.

The report indicated that the rainy situation may be accompanied by active downward winds that raise dust and dust, the flow of torrents, hail, and rising waves on the coastal areas. Preliminary forecasts also indicate continued chances of rain in most regions of the Kingdom until the end of next week, calling on everyone to follow the continuous reports and updates through its official platforms and the “Anwaa” application, and to adhere to the instructions of the concerned authorities in order to preserve public safety.
